Freebie Friday - Free Digital Vintage Stamp - Children Picking Apples

Freebie Friday - Vintage Digital Stamp
Curtsey Boutique
Picking Apples

It cooled down here a bit in Georgia this week, the first whisperings of Fall. This caused my husband to ask when the apples would be ready for picking.  I'm sure they are ready now and what could be sweeter than this 1910 image from The Baldwin Primer?

As always feel free to use for PU, S4H, or CU so long as you link back to the blog.

Have a great weekend,

Freebie Friday - Digital Stamp - Vintage Image - Little Girl with Pullstring Toy

Freebie Friday, Digital Stamp, Vintage Image
Delineator 1907
Today's Freebie Friday comes from a 1907 issue of the Delineator. Isn't this little girl the sweetest thing? I love the expression on her face and that darling little lamb pull string toy.

As always you may use the image for PU, S4H, and CU so long as you link back to the blog.

We had some pretty ferocious weather here yesterday - tornado warnings that resulted in downed tree limbs and power lines. I hope you all are safe and well and have a wonderful weekend!

Freebie Friday - Vintage Dress Form - Image - Digital Stamp

1896 Delineator Adjustable Dress Form Image

Freebie Friday, Digital Stamp

I love the vintage issues of the Delineator for its beautiful fashion plates and fun ads.

Dress forms are still very popular and I'd never seen a collapsable one for before. The image above "closed" is the dress form collapsed and the image on the right is it open completely. Pretty nifty.

As always, feel free to use the image above for PU, S4H, or CU so long as you link back to the blog.

Have a great weekend,

1898 Delineator Bicycle Outfits
Everyone is out running, walking or riding bikes in the beautiful Summer-like weather we have been having. It prompted me to share these bicycle outift fashion plates from a 1898 Delineator issue. Can you even imagine mounting a bicycle, never mind riding it in such voluminous clothing? I can't!

As always feel free to use these images for PU, CU, or S4H, so long as you link back to the blog.

Freebie Friday - Spring Cleaning - Vintage Woman Ironing

Freebie Friday
Vintage Image
Woman Ironing
This week I've made a list a mile long of Spring Cleaning Chores. I've the garden to plant, Winter clothing to put up, and Spring garments to wash and hang, the exterior of the house needs a good power washing and the entire of the house a bit of tidying. But instead of doing all that I snatched this image from a 1916 McCalls Magazine to share with you.

As always the image is free for you to use for PU, CU, S4H so long as you link back to the blog.

Have a lovely weekend,

CarrieAnne

Freebie Friday - Girl with Parasol - Vintage Digital Stamp

Freebie Friday
Curtsey Boutique
Vintage Girl with Parasol Free Digital Stamp

I'm still devouring the pages from last week's 1923 Garden magazine so I thought I would share another digital image from it.  I love the sweet little girl with the parasol as she walks through her garden gate with her mother or maybe her governess?

This image was less than an inch tall when I got started with it so I apologize for any graininess, it just seemed too sweet to pass on sharing.

For those who want the image without the shrubbery you'll find it below.

As always feel free to use for PU, S4H, or CU so long as you link back to the blog.

Have a great weekend,

CarrieAnne

Here in Atlanta we've had several days of icky weather, but this morning Spring is finally poking her head out. Warmer weather and clear skies are not the only indicators of Spring. My tulips are coming up!  This vintage image of tulips is from a 1923 Garden Magazine.

As always feel free to use it for S4H, CU, or PU so long as you link back to the blog.
