Hello!  This week I've created a gift bag to enclose my mom's Mother's Day gift, but this is cute for giving a surprise to someone special for almost any occasion... birthdays, best friendships or simply just because!

I've used a lined pink treat bag, a plain white doily, a dyed yellow doily, a pink glittered bird, yellow rolled felt flowers and a fabric strip all from Curtsey Boutique!

Other product used:
Feathers
Cardstock
Diamond Dust glass glitter
rub on sentiment  (Kaiser Crafts)

Shabby Chic Card with Jess Mutty + New Release - Glitter Clothes Pins, Painted Buttons & Mini Ruffle Flowers

Shabby Chic Romantic Card
Curtsey Boutique Designer
Jess Mutty

I'm not usually one for pastels but there is something about all the romantic Curtsey Boutique embellishments that makes me want to play with soft colors and everything pretty.

I used a ton of stuff on here.  The fabric in the middle is actually cut from a muslin bag.  I folded and sewed a paper doily on top and layered some flowers and a wood button.

And how cute are these new little clothespins!? I used one here to clip the book page heart and glitter banner to the upper corner.  So sweet!

Last week I had the chance to whisk my kids off for a few days of unexpected fun. It meant the blog was a bit quiet, but Sarah has us roaring back with a lovely Congrats card full of texture and heart felt details.

Freebie Friday - Vintage Dress Form - Image - Digital Stamp

1896 Delineator Adjustable Dress Form Image
Curtsey Boutique
Freebie Friday, Digital Stamp

I love the vintage issues of the Delineator for its beautiful fashion plates and fun ads.

Dress forms are still very popular and I'd never seen a collapsable one for before. The image above "closed" is the dress form collapsed and the image on the right is it open completely. Pretty nifty.

As always, feel free to use the image above for PU, S4H, or CU so long as you link back to the blog.

Have a great weekend,

CarrieAnne
