Project Life with Kat Benjamin

Kat Benjamin is here today with a Project Life spread to share.  Kat share with us some thoughts about this spread.  She said:
"I love Curtsey Boutique's embellishments for Project Life.  I really believe the products work with all kinds of
creative styles.  I love adding sparkle to my projects, so the glitter stars and butterflies in the shop are perfect for that.  I also used one of my cards from my May tutorial to add a little extra sparkle and interest to the spread."

Kat used these Curtsey Boutique Products on this delightful spread:
Clear Polycello Bags
Christmas Glitter Stars
Medium Glitter Butterflies
Shabby Chic Book Page Stars
Heart Straight Pins
Hand Dyed Doilies

He's a Rule Challenger with Alyssa McGrew

Today Alyssa is here sharing a layout made with some of her favorite items from the shop.  Alyssa says:

My son is all boy, often covered in dirt and clutching a bug in his hand (or trying to hide one in his room).  He is also one to challenge the rules.  All the rules.  So, on this layout, I broke a few rules and used flowers and glitter.  He rolled his eyes and shrugged when he saw it, but I really don't think he minded.
Alyssa used burlap stars and glitter stars from the shop to make this adorable layout that has just enough classic boy to make it stand out.

Fresh Air Layout with Kat Benjam

Fresh Air 12x12 Layout
Curtsey Boutique Designer
Kat Benjamin
I always have a hard time when working with purple so I absolutely love Kat's layout today.  The contrast of the purple and blue on the white background is stunning and her flecks of color in enamel dotes and mists perfectly highlight the bright color and airy feel of her photographs. This one is definitely going to we a scraplift for me.

Holiday Treat Bags for the Kids

Treat Bag by Alyssa McGrew
Curtsey Boutique DT

Design Team Leader, Alyssa McGrew has come up with a fun quick way to dazzle our dear little ones. They also showcase the 3x4 treat bags that will be listed later this week in the shop.

I love the elegance of simple silver wrapping paper, but it seemed a little stark for a children's gift.  So I decided to dress up my packages a little with treat bags made using a few items from the shop.  I love how they turned out, and I'm pretty certain that little hands will have a hard time resisting these gifts under the tree!
