With Icepocalypse 2 we had a bit of internet trouble last week here in Atlanta and weren't able to post a few our designers adorable Valentine's Day projects so we are going with the cie lav vie mindset and sharing them this week.

Connie used our craft bags to create these wonderful treat bags. They could easily be adapted for any number of holidays, birthday party favors or even shower thank you gifts.

Each Bag was folded a bit differently and Connie provided a visual below for you to able to repeat the steps yourselves.

Man and Wife Card by Rebekah Faries

Man and Wife Card

Rebekah Faries
It is snowing in Georgia this morning! I can't believe it. For us flurries are a very rare thing - we didn't see a flake last year and I'll be honest I'm no fan of the cold or shoveling.

This lovely card by Rebekah, however just warms my heart and makes up for the dismal weather. Showcasing our corrugated silhouettes and doilies, a sweet shower of confetti hearts are the perfect finishing touch.

My True Love Card by Jess Mutty

My True Love Card
Curtsey Boutique Designer
Jess Mutty

I'm in the mood for romance this month and there are so many gorgeous offerings in the Curtsey Boutique shop to help create that mood.  Pretty ribbon, delicate doilies, and soft flowers have me feelin' the love!

I used soft pinks and grays on this card and the focal point is the canvas dress form on top of the gray doily.  I tied a pink seam binding bow around the waist. I also love the subtle embossed Xs and Os on the white tag.

And of course no Valentine can be complete without roses.  These rolled felt roses add the perfect dimension and texture to a card.

Burlap Valentine's Bag by Jennifer Cowles

Burlap Valentine's Treat Bag
Curtsey Boutique Designer
Jennifer Cowles

Jennifer is with us today sharing a treat bag, perfect for the Valentine in your life.

Here is a fun and easy bag for party favors or even for a special Valentine.  I used the red and white bakers twine and stitched a heart in the burlap, I went around a few times and then sewed a felt flower down.  Swap out the burlap string for a nice velvet ribbon and you are done.

Love Tags Tutorial with Jennifer Cowles

We are back today with another great tutorial. This one is just in time for Valentine's Day. Jennifer shares with us a beautiful set of tags she has turned into wall art.

1. Gather your supplies.

2. Start layering with the doilies on the bottom, then add your glitter cupids and your pennants.

3. Finish your tags off by adhering your letter stickers on top of the pennants.

4.Try adding a non traditional Valentines color to your tags, the aqua just makes everything pop.

5.  Tie a ribbon to both ends of the frame (like a clothes line).

6.  Using paper clips clip your tags to across the ribbon.

7.  Using this format it will make it easy to swap out your tags for different occasions.
