Christmas Air Mail with Lisa Spiegel

Today Lisa is sharing with us the perfect crafty way to send holiday mail.

Lisa says: "The Christmas Air Mail Cookie Envelope would be perfect for a yummy baked cookie, but for those of my friends watching their waistlines this holiday season, I burned them a Christmas playlist onto a CD, which also fits perfectly into the envelope.  I think they will love the alternative to a cookie and it's the gift that keeps on giving! "

Lisa used our new Cookie Envelopes from the store, along with some doilies, Baker's Twine, and glitter snowflakes.  Check out all these items and more new holiday items in the store HERE.

Stamped Muslin Bag with Kim Stewart

Today we are sharing a sweet little gift bag made by DT member Kim Stewart.  Kim stamped on a muslin bag, then used some Baker's Twine to sew on a fabric paper tree that she glittered for an extra festive touch.
We especially love the handmade detail of sewing the tree on with twine!  Check out these bags and all the supplies needed to embellish them for gift wrapping in our store.  Thanks for sharing, Kim!

Brown Paper Packages Tied Up with String - Kraft Boxes now available in the Shop!

Small Pinstripe Kraft Boxes - Curtsey Boutique

In the Sound of Music Julie Andrews claims brown paper packages tied up with string are included in her favorite things - I couldn't agree more!

These 2" x 2" x 2" boxes have a hint of a pinstripe design and are perfect for tucking in candies or small gifts.  They are now available in the shop. I'll be listing two more bigger sizes within the next few days.

Accenting negative space is all the rage these days and these tags came together quickly with my favorite Christmas punches. The top circle was embossed with my polka dot embossing folder and the two layers were offset by dimensional adhesive.  Light brown ink was used to distress the edges.

If you are short on time in making your own tags, these too are available in the shop.

Have a lovely weekend,

CarrieAnne
